RETURN POLICY for Public Art Rave Events:
PRIVATE PARTY TERMS:
The deposit paid by the host goes toward a ticket to paint.
If you need to cancel your party, you will receive a credit for your deposit, but only if Art Rave is contacted a week prior to the party, otherwise the deposit is forfeited.
If the minimum guest requirement is not met, the host has the choice of paying the difference to meet the 8 or 10 person minimum, OR cancel the event and forfeit the deposit. Guests will receive a credit.
Private parties can be booked for any day and time of the week contingent upon staff and space availability.
The instructor, paint, canvas, easels, brushes, and aprons are provided by Art Rave Inc.
Everyone at the private party will be instructed on the one chosen painting. Additional paintings require an additional 8 guests and their own instructor.
Food and beverages at home parties are organized by the host. Food and beverages purchases may be required at a chosen venue. Venue policies and room fees vary. ALL CONTACT BETWEEN THE VENUE AND THE HOST ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOST. That includes, contacting the venue, reserving the date (if Art Rave also has that date available), covering required room fee or minimum food and beverage purchases, and CONTACTING THE VENUE IF THE EVENT SHOULD BE CANCELLED.
We will begin painting at the time scheduled, so it would be a good idea to have your guests arrive 15-30 minutes prior to painting start time. If painting start time is delayed due to majority of late arrivals or if the group is still eating, a LATE START FEE of $50 PER HALF HOUR will be added to the final party balance and due at the end of the party.
BYOB Alcohol Policy:
NONE OF OUR ART RAVE EVENTS ARE BYOB, unless it is a home party (and up to the host) or it is SPECIFICALLY STATED IN THE TICKET DESCRIPTION FOR THAT UNIQUE PUBLIC EVENT. (For example, if a public event is held at a non-restaurant location AND it is stated in the event description.)
